9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolutely awesome public school. Competent, caring staff. Excellent leadership. We moved to this area in 2022 knowing nothing about the area and we feel very, very fortunate to have our kids at Bluegrass. We have a special needs child and their staff in that area are phenomenal as well. The reviews from 10+ years ago should likely be ignored as we have had nothing but positive experiences.Parent Review1mo ago22 Reviews - Cedar Bluff Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNothing terrible to say about this school besides the main office. TAMMY comes off extremely rude with a negative energy in person and over the phone. She just seems miserable everyday. Replace the unhappy with loving people. Can you imagine how the children feel around her!?Parent Review9mo ago11 Reviews - West Hills Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child just started third grade at West Hills School for the 2025–2026 school year, and I already feel incredibly grateful for Miss Nicole Wells. Even though it’s only been a week, it’s clear how well she knows her students. She takes the time to understand each child individually, pays close attention in class, and reaches out to parents when needed.Miss Wells keeps us informed about our children’s progress or areas that may need extra attention at home. She also shares helpful tips, creative ideas, and hands-on strategies that really make learning fun and effective. I especially appreciate that she assigns homework as extra practice—I believe in homework as a way to reinforce learning, and it’s great to see a teacher who shares that mindset.Miss Wells is clearly passionate, thoughtful, and committed to her students’ success. She’s an awesome teacher and truly deserves to be recognized!Parent Review8mo ago5 Reviews - West Hills Baptist Preschool & Kindergarten

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent, I can’t speak highly enough about West Hills Baptist Preschool and Kindergarten. From the very start, the focus on learning to read and fostering a genuine love of learning has been wonderful to see, especially as I’ve watched my daughter grow in confidence and curiosity. The small class sizes make a real difference. She is truly known, supported, and encouraged every day. The love and care that radiate from the teachers and staff is noticeable the moment you walk through the doors, and it’s clear in how happy and eager she is to learn. Our family has also experienced the lasting impact of this program through our son, who previously attended the same kindergarten and continues to benefit from that strong foundation in elementary school. Watching both of our children flourish academically, socially, and emotionally in such a caring environment has been a real blessing. We are deeply grateful for the lifelong skills, love of learning, and solid foundation both of our children have gained through their time at West Hills Baptist Preschool and Kindergarten.Parent Review4mo ago5 Reviews - Rivers Edge Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSince my daughter, and now son, started going here a few years ago, I've been beyond pleased with this school. Their teachers are very communitive with anything pertaining to my kids. If the class struggles over a lesson, instead of just pushing the kids through to get onto the next lesson, they adjust the lesson plan to make sure the kids have a chance to understand the concept being taught. My kids principal has done an job at learning all the kids names, even to the point of learning the new incoming students (like my daughter who will be attending next year). The school does a great job at getting the parent involved and answering any questions they may have. When our family has gone through some unfortunate events, they were very understanding and considerate to my children who were more on edge that week. My husband and I couldn't ask for a better school for our children to attend.Parent Review3mo ago12 Reviews - Christian Academy Of Knoxville

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCoach Brooke placed my granddaughter in a really uncompromising position. How could she be the only Jr that did not make the varsity team when there was no limits on players She asked what could I do to make the varsity team and the coach said there is NOTHING you CAN DO . I questioned how she deaLt with this In my 30 years as a retired teacher you always encourage student to do the best. I don’t see it here .Other Review10mo ago17 Reviews - Annoor Academy
