    "Commuting in Knoxville is terrible depending on the time of day. You get on the interstate any later than 4PM and you will be in standstill traffic. If you pick the wrong exit ramp to get on, you will sit on Kingston pike traffic. Account for an extra fifteen minutes of travel time if you have to travel during rush hour "
