    "Location: It is convenient to I-140 and US 129 (major link from area to downtown Knoxville & UT campus). Knoxville airport is 3 mile away. A large mobile home complex near-by. It is clean and management evicts trouble-makers. Safety: Because roughly half of the residents are retired or stay-at-home mothers, there is very little crime. Fire Department has station is 1 mile away. Shopping & Dining: A Dollar General, Pilot & Wiegels gas/convenience stores are within 1 mile..
