    "Wonderful area to live! It abounds with hiking, boating and fishing areas, with easy access to The Dragon and the Foothills Parkway for cyclists or sports car enthusiasts of all types. The GSMNP is within walking distance of the house. It is only a twelve drive to Maryville for shopping or a 45 minute drive to Knoxville for more opportunities of shopping and entertainment. The Knoxville airport is within a 35 minute drive. It is truly the peaceful side of the Smokies! With clear views of Clingmans Dome and Mt. LeConte off the deck, one can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains all year. Average snowfall is twelve inches adding to the beauty of the mountains. Come see for yourself!"
