Love the school, but the new dismissal procedures are so annoyingly unnecessary. They claim it’s to move the line faster but it makes the line move slower. As the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, and it wasn’t broke. I don’t know if it’s completely the new principle causing this unnecessary disruption, but I really miss Dr. Hooker. She really knew how to get the kids out and keep the line moving. I used to be out of the line no later than 2:15 now I’m lucky if we’re out by 2:35. This really sucks, and I wish they would go back to the better way of doing things. It’s always some new person coming in thinking they’re going to make things “better” but end up making things worse.

Wonderful small school with great support from teachers, parents, and administration.

I remember going to this school back when I was in 2nd grade, which was in 2016 and when I was 7 years old. I kinda liked this school. Although, I was bullied, but that didn't really do much to me. We were able to get the Kona Ice snow cones and make tie-dye stuff. Overall, this school was a lot of fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone out there. I am 12 years old now and in 6th grade at Hillcrest Middle School.

We love this school!! They have very high expectations so be ready! Everyone is treated like family once you are accepted. Each student receives a grant from the church for part of their tuition. We have mostly conservative families/teachers if that is something you care about. You won’t see advertisements for our school around town, that’s how they keep the tuition low, and they aren’t in it for the money. St. Mary’s is the oldest private school in Greenville. When students leave here in 5th or 8th grade, they will be ready for whatever comes next!
