"Neighborhood meetings and events are regular in Nicholtown. I would highly recommend moving here. There are lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby like breweries and boutiques."

"We live in an older neighborhood. So NO HOA’s which is great. No cookie cutter homes. Very quiet neighborhood. We LOVE it here, because we are 5 mins from everything. But still in peace and quiet. "
