Posted by a parent on 4/23/2018This is a great school. One of our boys completed K-5 through 5th grade there. Our younger son has gone K-5 through 3rd and is now in 4th grade there. The teachers and principal are great, the PTA is strong and involved. This is a little gem of a school.

I had the utmost privilege to teach 5th grade at this school until I am now staying home with our little girl. The teachers are top notch and the PTA is incredibly supportive! We are blessed to have the most wonderful parents, administration, and teachers.

The teachers have wonderful camaraderie and they pass it on to the children they teach. The school is small and and not well known in Greenville, but we are so happy we found it!Parent Review12y ago - Aldersgate Child Development Center

Simply put, they know what they are doing. Their tuition is fantastic! Their teachers are hit and miss, so to speak. Some teachers are older and set in their ways, while others are fresh and very fun. Their music program is fantastic and a steal. Bob Jones is great at everything they do and usually come out on top of every competition they enter (at any grade level). Overall, I love Bob Jones Elementary, and cannot say enough good things about it!Parent Review12y ago - Bob Jones Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe structure and curriculum is wildly effective with our kids. We had them at two other private schools before finally getting into BJA. We were interviewed by the school administrators before they accepted our application. it's a long process to get in and many parents apply while they are pregnant. My wife and I are a mixed race couple and that has no effect on how we are treated and were surprised to see so many other mixed race couples with their kids at BJA. Not at all what we had been told. They also email us during the school day if there is an issue (behavior or we forgot something) and that is very comforting to know how attentive they are to the parents being involved. Highly recommend. Good security as well, and the car line is awesome, they get your kids out of the car and escort them into the building. and have gone out of their way if we forgot something to get it to the children in the classrooms. the teachers are great! polite and professional at all times. both kids are learning so fast its wonderful to see the results.Parent Review9y ago
