"My neighbors are friendly & look out for each other. I've made good friends here & like that it's close to downtown. My kids like the public school here & are excelling. We also take advantage of the local library, barber shop & stores nearby."

"I’m not much of a fan of this area. It’s not ideal for a growing family. If you’re away from home often, then it’s great, as some of the streets are narrow. This is an ideal area for first time home owners looking to learn about home ownership "

"I was born an raised on the North and have watched it go from great to good to mediocre. Its not like it used to be, but it is still ripe with potential IF U get the right combo: area, landlord, affordable suitable housing."
