"Easy access to any part of the city. 7 minutes to downtown and 5 to the casino/stadium/North-shore area. There is the usual traffic in the mornings and evenings which starts around 2:30pm throughout the week. However there are many short cuts and back roads that can be taken should traffic become backed up. All in all it’s a great locations for getting to just about every part of the city in 15 minutes or less. "

"I’ve lived here for 5 years and really love it. People are great neighbors and care about each other and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is diverse, and the homes are big and old with lots of character and charm. People are outside a lot. We have a beautiful coffee shop, gym, and family butcher, too. We have a large family park and the local civic groups have concerts, holiday home tours, community yard sales and other events. There is a great, historic parochial school. Lots of good churches. The taxes are low and it is the absolute most charming neighborhood within 10 minutes of downtown (that offers yards). Strip District is about 12 minutes. All of the shopping and restaurants of the North Hills are also 10 minutes away. Commute down I-79 to the airport- no more than 30 minutes any time of day. Consistent 25-30 minute commute to and from Cranberry office complexes. To sum up- it’s beautiful, an incredible value for the money, has great people, and you can’t find more convenience to so many different places anywhere in the city."
