"The street is within walking distance of the Port Authority subway, outstanding school district, 1 mile from County Park (South Park), short distance to South Hills Village Mall shopping, and off any main streets with minimal traffic except residents."

".No through traffic and nice sized lots. No neighbors to the rear. Quiet and private yet close to the High School. Fort Couch Road and South Hills Village. Go the other direction and you are at the great library and a variety of stores and restaurants on Library road."
