  • Catherinecurtin
"It’s quiet and pretty. It’s close to several parkways, making travel easy. It’s 2 blocks to the Bronxville Metro North railroad and lots of great restaurants and shops in the village of a Bronxville. I’ve lived here for 23 yrs."
  • Haniehane
"They would love it Parks all around with grass and there are a lot of people with dogs in this neighborhood "
  • Ftlandny
"It is a hidden gem of a neighborhood bordering Bronxville. 28 minutes and u are in Manhattan. It’s a 7 minute walk even in bad weather to the train station. The only negative would be the Yonkers Public School System. For elementary is fine after that u would be better off sending ur child to private or parochial schools. Investigate if u would be able to pay Bronxville to send ur child to their excellent schools. "

"No dog parks nearby and the nearest pet nearby is a 15 drive away. The Bronx river walking path is great for strolling with your pets"

"There are a few garage sales and church held fairs or bazaars in the summer. The Bronx River Park is a great way to exercise and bond with nature. "
  • Catherinecurtin

"All ages, income levels and backgrounds here. The subdivision is very family orientated. We are also very central location, easy to travel to Manhattan or easy to travel local. The neighborhood has a variation of good sized homes and even smaller homes. The restaurants stay very busy because everything is walking distance. It is also very affordable comoare to Larchmont, Scarsdale or Mahattan. The neighborhood truly embraces all and makes you feel so welcoming., The Halloween pizza get together and Christmas tree lighting get together with hot chocolate was funn too. We love reading the monthly newsletter, my kids even color it in! The Faecbook page is awesome. "
  • Maura C.
