6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended this school from grade 1-5 before covid 19. I had many teachers such as Tufano, Torez, Aranda, Sarkar, Reynold and Tekaaho. All these teachers were amazing and did a great job had so much fun here. Often a lot of the teachers would shows us more advanced methods to do something which was a game changer for future classes. But yea i highly recommend this elementary school and think yall should send your own kids here.Other Review4mo ago1 Reviews - Ps 155

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePrincipal Koo is a trustworthy and kind leader. I feel safe and secure dropping off my children to school at PS155 because of the school’s good leadership. My kids had been accepted into a Charter school but didn’t want to leave PS 155. They love it and that’s a blessing. All the best to the PS 155 community and thanks Principal Koo!Parent Review3y ago6 Reviews - Al-Ihsan Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love this school. My daughter attends pre-k and she also loves it. The principal and asst. principal are very accessible for any of your needs. During the first month, parent and teachers conference was held. All parents were informed about what to expect for the school year and introduced to all of the staff. The school is warm and inviting. They also have a website to access newsletters from the principal and teachers. You can access your child's individual page which provides all homework assignments and any additional information from the school.Parent Review12y ago7 Reviews - Our Ladys Catholic Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am an alumni of this school who graduated as valedictorian. It is therefore with credibility that I can say that this school is not worth your time and money. The quality of education is at or below that of regular public schools. Preparatory education for high school focuses mainly on the TACHS exam, which is an entrance exam entirely for catholic schools (which are also a huge waste of money). Note that the material on the TACHS exam is something any 6th grade could accomplish. They should put more focus on the material required to do well on SHSAT, a test that will get your child into a FREE institution of education guaranteed to put your child on the track for success. The school needs to increase its standards of learning in grades 6-8, and in some cases the quality of its teachers. However, the currently employed teachers are different from the ones I had, and therefore I cannot say anything about the current teachers. Two positives about this school is that the learning environment is safer (except in grades 6-8, where violence is nearly the same as public school) and that strong friendships form. The small class size easily allows for this to occur.Other Review15y ago11 Reviews
