"Fantastic, doesn’t get any better than this! It’s super quick, one stop on the L or JMZ into Manhattan. The G train connects you to trains in Brooklyn. The ferry is also very convenient and connects you to Dumbo, Wall St, 34 st."

"It used the burning hot center of the hipster multiverse. It’s now Manhattan East. For those with means and a desire for nightlife, while having more space than they would get in Manhattan. It’s truly obnoxious, actually. "

"The dog park is pretty well maintained and friendly people and dogs mostly. Great pet supply stores and some shops have dog ice cream and dog beer. Always ask if a dog is friendly first and be a little bit more wary of people walking their dogs who are irresponsible and delusional about their dogs being aggressive. "

"I take the G train to the 7 train into Grand Central, which is a relatively straightforward and quick commute to where I work in Manhattan. The G train comes regularly and the 7 train is also a frequent train. "

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from this school in 2019, and I have to say I had a great learning experience. Education wise, this school has the smartest kids in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area. I have to admit, the teachers aren't always 100% nice, they give a lot of homework, and the school doesn't have a lot of extra-curricular activities, but in terms of your/your child's education, it is so worth it to go here.Other Review4y ago26 Reviews - P.S. 34 Oliver H Perry

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love PS 34 and the community it fosters. It is a small but mighty school that feels like a village. The teachers and administrators are all very strong educators who foster a safe, challenging and warm environment for our kids. I am so happy our son is at PS 34 and can not wait for our daughter to join him!Parent Review2y ago8 Reviews - Ps 110 The Monitor

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you are black please do not send your black child here. They allow the white kids to be physically abused and violent towards black students without really support. The principal will gaslight you like she’s concerned buts she’s not. Protect your black children from this blatantly racist school.Parent Review8mo ago19 Reviews - St Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am very impressed with the care and love so far from St.Stans and the PPK program. The creativity with the crafts, lessons, and even the hallway and classroom are decorated is fun and inspiring. Since day one I feel effort has been put in to make the surroundings and interactions warm and inviting by Ms.St.Jean & Ms.Smith and the St.Stans team. I am also extremely confident that our daughter is receiving an amazing education here. Our daughter loves after school as well and everyone is friendly, kind.l and supportive.Parent Review6mo ago28 Reviews
