"Lots of places to walk your dog within StuyTown. Nearby the apartment and around the Oval. You can grab a coffee and sit comfortably within the property and relax. Widow need more green space for dogs. "

"Lots of green spaces. A mix of ages, lots of 90 year olds, lots of small children and every age in-between. A great property manager. Good size apartments with proper walls (no Sheetrock here)."

"My community is safe, has beautiful ground and tenant services. It’s great for young families and professionals with easy access to the best the East Village, LES And Union Sq can offer! Also great location for retirees with ease of transportation, riverwalks and lower 5th ave, University Place and the all area mentioned previously."

"I have everything close. Amazing restaurants walking distance. Transportation is easy. My favorite thing is to be able to run in the East River Park! Home is not all that affordable, unfortunately we may need to leave soon. "
