Pecksville

My children attended this school for several years. The somewhat new principalhas not added any value to the school. Enrollment continues to go down every year. The school does not have any security cameras or an SRO. There are no after school enrichment programs offered. They do not offer a computer class and gym is cut down to once per week (instead of 2 times). There is no official music class / or chorus. Staff moral is low, since enrollment continues to plummet teachers have no interest in hosting after school clubs or offering extra help. The play ground is falling apart and the field the children play on is often littered with construction debris and bricks. Field trips are extremely limited (one per year at best). There are some wonderful teachers that genuinely care about the kids and their work but unfortunately the overall experience is grim. The only way to turn this school around is by replacing management.
