Once a year the 30 families get together and have an all-week-end B-B-Q and clam bake with games and movies and music for the kids. The neighbors walk their dogs, and look after each other. The MetroNorth station and highway 684 are just a hop-and-a-skip away. There are at least five restaurants for fine dining nearby. The schools are Blue Ribbon and are conveniently located."
