    "From 2020, our children cannot play outside. Every year it is more and more dangerous to live in Las Vegas. In our community, several dangerous guys took pictures of children while they were playing, and since then we no longer let children outside. No area in Las Vegas is safe for families."

    "There are doggy stations for poop pick up. The dog owners take care of their dogs, walk them, and there are never off leash dogs roaming around. The dog owners keep their dogs quiet at all times."

    "Spring valley has great access to public transportation. The commute no any part of Vegas is very close. I would say 15 minutes to strip and China town, 25 to the east side or be Henderson. You are in the center of it all. Good restaurant and coffee shops ."
