"It is very private and very safe where I live. There is a nice greenery and actual grass and trees and the neighbors all work together."

"My family knows all our neighbors, they are all very nice and we look after each other, potlucks, community get togethers for the holiday’s gated communities here in Las Vegas is the way to go and is a great neighborhood for all ages, so many things to do, restaurants, shopping, golf, baseball, hockey, football, dog parks and many families walking their dogs in the area, who by the way mostly pick up after their pets, feels very safe for being so close in proximity of everything to do around here, I think it’s the best location in the Las Vegas area to be in, plan on staying for a very long time. Moved here from NEw York 14 years ago and don’t miss the east coast one bit. Beautiful scenery, sidewalks and streets are always very tidying and very easy access to Las Vegas strip to see shows or sporting events, Or if nature and serenity is your vibe it’s very close to Redrock and Mt. Charlston when you want some snow, I love how close it is to get to Utah, Arizona and also want the ocean California is an easy drive, there is no doubt why so many people are flocking to Las Vegas, I think it’s the best "
