"We love the old St. Anthony Business District! Within 5 blocks we have access to over a dozen great restaurants, a grocery store, banks, Surdyk's wine and cheese shop, a movie theater, miles of riverfront paths and views, 4+ parks, a farmers market, $0.50 downtown bus fare, July 4th and Aquatennial fireworks, numerous summer festivals on St. Anthony Main, and a ~20-25 minute walk to downtown Minneapolis (Twins stadium). There are a ton of activities within walking distance in this fun area of town. Great access to highways and less than 30 minutes to anywhere in the greater metro area. "
