"It is close to stone arch bridge. There is always dogs walking around no matter the weather. There is also trash cans all over so you don’t have to hold onto the poop bags. Great dog neighborhood. "

"Great location, with close (but not too close) to campus while also closer to Northeast and downtown than dinky is. There are also plenty of families and non-college students in neighborhood which give it a cleaner and safer vibe. "
