"Cars have been driving very fast lately, even on side streets. Keep a close eye out, and always check intersections before venturing out on a green light or walk sign."

"Peaceful but growing neighborhood. Very quiet on the weekends surprisingly due to being so close to the bars and breweries. Close distance to downtown, dinky town and uptown. Target within 5 mile radius also. Most places don’t open until 11am and most bars close around 10pm. "
