    "You are close to stores, the river walk way is great for biking, walking, family time. Police Station and fire department not far, good schools. Most of the neighbors are nice and homes well maintained. All around great neighborhood."

    "Lots of dog owners walk their dogs and always very friendly and clean up after their dogs. The park in the neighborhood is dog friendly and has water fountains and shady places to sit and rest. "

    "I see very few people walking their dogs around this neighborhood. The good thing is there are clean sidewalks and it’s easy to navigate your way; however, it’s not the safest to do alone because the people here aren’t the best characters to be around. "

    "I have lived here for 25 years raied 3 kids here, watched the neighbor change and improve over the years. The neighborhood bought a large lot that was a school and turned it into a park with play ground equipment and a football field when rocket league practice a track to run or walk, picnic tables and water fountain. we even have bike racks and adding more. The churches have back to school and other fun family days, everyone is starting to watch out for each other. Lots of inprovements , no many empty houses any more. "
