"Our area is relatively quiet, but I would still keep an eye on young children outside. Most neighbors are good, however there are a few that appear to not care about their property (or themselves), let alone their neighbor's property."

"no events here the road is really busy and a major thruway from one side of the town to the other. everyone stays to themselves bit it is a low crime area which is nice. "

"There are a ton of rentals in this area and the neighborhood changes based on who rents the properties. This summer has been great, last summer not so much. Tons of partying and fights! Those who own try to stay to themselves. "
