" I love the proximity to the best things grand rapids has to offer via a short bike or golf cart ride ! Many green spaces and plenty wildlife ! Such a rare mix to have best of both worlds Never experienced anything like it and lived all over city ; very special area with all the cemeteries and being up hill you get views of downtown skyline !"

"Great area to walk your dog and big open yards for your dog to run and play. If you have a yard with a fence, perfecto"

"There many people who grew up in the area and have pride in the community. They bought homes to raise their kinds in the same area. Many people are raising kids or living in the very home they grew up in. "

"Great neighborhood with many things to to and everything you need not too far from you. Close enough to town, yet not too close. School systems are rough, but would have to send to private or charter school."

"The little known 7 route going down Leonard can get you to the Leonard Business District or all the way downtown with ease. The 50 route on Lake Michigan Drive is more frequent and heavily used by GVSU students and gets you right downtown as well."
