"It is good for college students, not the best for families, but you could make it work with the proper amount of security measures"

"I don't know, not a dog owner. I see them around and their dog leaving poop all over the sidewalks and grass. not a fan. there dog parks downtown, so I guess that's a good place to take them"

"The West side of Grand Rapids is generally easy to commute through. It is very bike friendly, but a little hilly. Bus stops are plentiful. Driving in old parts of the neighborhood can be slow due narrower streets. "

"I lived in the neighborhood for a cpl years and never had any issues. I always felt safe. I now have a 2yr old son and am looking for a new place from where I currently live, to raise him in where I know we will both be safe. This is most definitely one area in Grand Rapids I will be considering."
