The area is an excellent place to raise a family as well as being only ten minutes away from the downtown nightlife. I go for a walk through my neighborhood every night and never feel unsafe. If you'd like to see any crimes happening in the Grand Rapids area, you can go to www.crimemapping.com. The city pays for us to be able to see crimes in the past 6 months."
