    "This area and neighborhood is well known for criminal activity involving drugs, assault, unsupervised children and teenagers, grown men riding illegal dirt bikes all times of the day and evenings, and a VERY low police presence. The park is a hotbed for drug addicts and local stick-up boys. If you can avoid this area then do so."
