"I lived in this neighborhood for 6 months and I lived on 307 N. Gilmor St. As I was commuting home from work, I exited the bus on Baltimore St. Upon arriving at my house, I was robbed and shot. There are drug dealers everywhere in this neighborhood. I would not recommend raising a family here."

"This neighborhood is up and coming. With a lot of new urban redevelopments underway the bad thing is it’s off too a slow start it’s a good place for singles to live not so much people with kids. Maybe in a year or two there will be bigger changes. "

"I've lived here over 5 years. It was bad in the beginning with drug dealers and shootings, but has subsided in this area. I have felt safe and comfortable living here. "
