"Some areas are great and home but it’s some parts that’s the complete opposite. It’s a lot of dog owners that come to Carroll park to walk their dogs and take a jog. Or even a cook out. "

"I love investing in areas like this because it gives me an opportunity to reconnect with the people that have been forgotten or discarded it gives me a opportunity to be able to afford the cost of the building and not charge extreme prices to gain profit also it allows for the kids that will be coming to the store to see a man or woman that are similar to them"
