"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for four months. Its very urban and friendly. There are roads where people go fast so that’s a downside but the neighborhood is friendly and there isn’t much crime. "

"mild flooding occurs on roads and yards whenever it rains. Quiet and very good community. Close to Rockville Road that leads to ask shops and restaurants, all on Rockville."

"Been here 12 years anything can happened in any neighborhood. I have left my barn door unlocked for most of 12 years and I haven't got anything stolen. Mostly quite 2."

"Great access to 465 from Rockville Road. one block from Avon, Raceway and Rockville. Restaurants, shopping, great, schools, churches. twenty minutes from downtown on tenth, Washington, Michigan. "
