"It’s super nice and friendly over here. Everyone’s is just so helpful. Can’t wait to come back so I can continue helping where I can"
  • Lauren G. C.
"I grew up here as a South Bend transplant while my mother attended the dental school downtown. From age 8 to 17 ~ all my memories are steeped within the landscape, pool, and woods behind the pool areas -separating Eagle Valley and Pebble Point. Quiet, healthy lifestyle minded neighbors abounded and rare was it to ever see the lights of any law person or a frakkus . Lawns are mowed for you, and decks adjoining are fabulous for the sun lover. I'd move there in a NYC heartbeat."
  • "This is (by far) the nicest, friendliest, SAFEST neighborhood I have ever lived in in Indy!!!"
  • "Close to shopping, area hospital, and major roadways"
