Catered to the children of parents on the PTA or that attend every function and volunteer. Which in my opinion is so the faculty do have to do their job or any extra!I bought a house in the neighborhood adjacent to the school.I was not told that transportation for the elementary school was not provided for our housing addition. Told where bus stop was,not that it was only for Middle and High School kids. We have a drop off next to the school or the kids have to walk,the school has refused to provide a crossing guard (15 minutes twice a day) so that our children may arrive safely at school.Kids have almost been hit by speeding cars repeatedly.The designated drop off is utilized by other neighborhood parents who are running late and don't want to wait in the drop off line (which is always backed up due to lack of streamline procedure/access) as they speed through our neighborhood of walkers.The buses don't have any pick-ups in the neighborhood speed through to avoid the 4 way stop traffic.Called for 3 year straight and no resolution.If you want a free glorified daycare, Bridgeport is your place. If you want your child engaged and challenged, look elsewhere. State rating 4/10.

My child's experience at this school has been absolutely amazing! Our oldest child went to public school and now we have chosen to send our youngest to Our Shepherd for a variety of reasons. The kindergarten and first grade teachers have gone above and beyond with all of their students (I volunteer a lot at the school and see the interaction for myself) and we are so pleased with the Christian education she is receiving.

Kingsway School is an amazing place. The staff and teachers genuinely care about their students and the spiritual climate is healthy and grounded in God's word. My experience at Kingsway has been one of genuine care for all people, a love for God, and a pursuit of excellence in academics and in all areas of discipline. Their athletics, arts, music, and extra curriculars are outstanding and their consistent devotion to God's Word and discipling the hearts of students is truly remarkable. Kingsway fosters a unique, positive culture of family. We are so glad to be a part of the KCS family.
