    "I used to live in this neighborhood when l came to Chicago in 1970. I am glad the neighborhood has been maintained by people who care about where they live. I am pleased to know that people do care about their homes. I will be glad to come back to this neighborhood. My son and I need a decent place to live and now we have found it. My son is 44 years old and very mature He works out of our house now. My son went to Columbia College and studied Journalism. He is very intelligent and needs peace and quiet when he works. I need peace and quiet. I work for a child daycare. I love my work. I believe in keeping a clean home and a well kept lawn. I accept the community guide lines."

Hair braiding shops, salons, barbershops, Walgreens CVS popular restaurants like BJs soul food, Popeyes chicken, Dunkin Donuts, daycares. Liquor stores within walking distance. Also near public transportation if you need it. "

    "A lot of people have dogs, but not everyone is dog friendly. Most people just have dogs, and do not walk them, which causes them to get lose every now and again, so you should carry a stick."
