The teachers and principal at this school are great, and really foster an environment of caring. If your student fits neatly in the bell-curve, you'll love it.Unfortunately, if your child is at either end of the learning spectrum (either with learning difficulties or gifted), it's an incredible challenge to get them supported. There seems to be little to no education on various learning disabilities for the teachers. When you're trying to find help for your student, you get gaslit from the school psychologist. We ended up paying for private testing and tutoring, which isn't an option for a lot of families. It breaks my heart to think of how many kids use fall through the cracks here.

Adams is a public school with a private school feel! Parents are very involved in the classroom, which allows for lots of differentiation by ability, allowing each kid to learn at their own pace. The focus is on kindness and being a good friend, on addition to being a good student.

Both my boys went there. Both are now engineers. The band program from starting here though Timberline was great. Older school with good teachers.Thank you Garfield!

Re traumatizing victims of violence. Belittling parents and their children. Safety plans are a joke to them. Until a child is injured on their property. A parent not of my child was allowed to take her without consent. Jennifer Combs (principle) you're excuses are exhausting.

Our daughter transferred to Liberty from another school, and she loves Liberty much better than her last school. The teachers and staff are all professional, friendly, and caring, and our daughter's reading and language skills have shot up almost immediately. The teachers challenge her more here. The kids have also all been very nice and she's made a lot of new friends quickly.

I absolutely love this school. Great Education. Amazing kind Teachers. Each and every teacher cares about the student and were their level is at in what they are supposed to learn.

My children have been at New Horizon on Boise Ave for about a year and a half now. They have a well structured school that teaches them so much. My children have learned so much that I would have never expected from a child care. Granted it is expensive and they do go through a lot of teachers at times. It is by far the best place I have taken my children to and would not take them anywhere else.
