    "Quite part of town without any major through traffic. We're tucked away and off the beaten path even though we're right in the middle of the city. Only minutes aways there is easy access to the St.Johns River, The Historic Fort Caroline, Ed Austin Park, and The Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens. I'm very satisfied with our decision to buy a home in this area. "
