  • "Very quiet area of town, that feels beachy, rural, and tree lined. Convenient to many highways and popular beach and waterfront areas."
  • Laura.robidoux
"Just visiting... my friends have lived here 30+ years and love it. The neighborhood is great and friendly - I feel safe here."
  • "it's a nice place to walk plenty of shade trees . people are very friendly and neighbors are helpful "
  • "The commute downtown is probably 12 min. The most convenient place I have ever lived. Only takes a few min to get to hospital, doctor, grocery, restaurants, beach and parks. Very quiet peaceful area. Love the wildlife that I see while having my coffee under the trees."
  • Cowgirlcaddy45
"very friendly neighborhood. Every one watches out for each other. very good place to live. not a lot of thru traffic. sweet and friendly people in this whole area."
  • "I’ve lived here for 25 years. St. John’s Landing of 167 homes has a very active homeowners association. We take good care of the community. There are good but not oppressive guidelines and a reasonable owners fee to maintain the community resources. We have a community center, basket ball and tennis courts, the best boat ramp on the river with a dock that offers very good fishing. There is good parking for community events and boat trailers. There are many community events both for adults and children. This is a stable community with relatively few sales and rentals. There is great access to shopping, banking, pharmacies and schools."
  • "Great, family friendly neighborhood. We’ve lived here for 13 years and most of our neighbors have been here longer than that."
