    "Lived here many years. High terrain (think hurricane), most areas have huge oaks for summer shade and lower bills. Has great access to highways (I-295 , 9A,9B,10, 90, 202, A1A). Excellent Elementary School (Sabal Palm) and Middle Schoo; (Landmark). Very close to Mayport and Beaches via Wonderwood Expressway."
