"There is lots of traffic in the area. Unless you live on a cul-de-sac, it is not advised that you let your children play in the street."

"there's a bus stop right near the main street. it's easy for my high schooler to jump on and off the bus. it's great. "

"Quiet, clean, easy to find parking, family friendly. There has been some cases of hit and run at night time if you do street parking, but besides that the neighbourhood is one of my favourite in the city."

"I have lived here since 1985. I love this area. Quiet, convenient, beautiful and friendly. A great shopping area 3 minutes away with lots of great restaurants, banks and boutiques. A good middle school, a little park, a huge mal and close to freeways to the peninsula, and the east bay. 15 minutes to the financial district via Bart. "
