"Family friendly neighborhood. Many children. Parents communicate well with group playing. Common to see parents playing with children. "

"Dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs. They walk their dogs with out poop bags. They don’t respect peoples property."

"Plenty of dogs around. Almost every house has a dog. There’s parks but none for dogs close by. It’s a walkable area that isn’t bad with traffic either. "

"Equity is strong, convenient to highways, grocery stores, the beach, and more. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves. "

"My favorite neighbored hood and wouldn’t pick any other area if I could. It’s safe whether people pursue it other ways"

"Too many gangs. Neighbors are inconsiderate and rude. They trash on the streets. Neighbors has too many parties and loud. A lot of weirdos walking around the neighborhoods. Parking is hard to find because of the low income apartment close to the area. "

"Graffiti and people living in the apartment complex close to us don’t care about this neighborhood. They throw their trash in the streets and they are too loud! No respect to the other neighbors."

"Constant sirens and gunshots. Everything is walking distance but you don't want to walk around too late because there's a bunch of alcoholics and druggies roaming the streets."

" I have lived here over 20 years and it has gone from a well cared for neighborhood to one overrun by graffiti , trash and obnoxious children. There is no transportation and no stores, you must have a car or walk for miles."

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageEmory Academy is a great place for students and teachers. There are many programs in place that ensure students get what they need academically and emotionally. Emory characterizes themself as supporting students at all academic levels. The school offered free after-school tutoring called target groups. Teachers and leadership genuinely care about the whole child - which is needed now more than ever due to the stress covid have caused on our families. I'm proud to belong to Emory, and I would absolutely recommend it to both students and other teachers.Parent Review3y ago9 Reviews - Nestor Language Academy Charter

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is great for everyone you just have to find a way to see the people’s kindness and they’re not mad at every kid it’s just the ones who misbehave. They just want this school to be no place for hate everyone follows along nicely. When people are upset, sad, anxious, uncomfortable, and unwelcome they have a teacher that you talk to and she help people become more comfortable and more confident about the other students .Other Review2y ago8 Reviews
