"We been here for over 2 years now and we absolutely love the area , people keep to themselves but keep an eye out for you and it’s quiet and we loved that people walk by all the time. We’re happy here !"

"Really great place to live. I lived here for 5 years now. And it has been great, I am racing 2 toddlers and it is safe as any other suburban neighborhood. "

"Certain pockets of Meadowview are still gems like homes on Henrietta Dr. where there are no sidewalks and homes have close to acreage. "

"This area is okay for being south Sacramento. The schools are okay too. The food is amazing I wouldn't go out at night and some parts are shady."

"Easy jump onto 5 fwy and about 7 minutes to downtown. Freeport also takes you into downtown at a slower rate. Great shopping all within 10 minutes."

"I see a lot of loose dogs running around that seem to get out of their yards. There are quite a few people that walk dogs in the neighborhood "

"I have lived in the neighborhood for almost 4 years I know most of my neighbors and it is a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part! There is a park down the street! And most of the neighbors look out for each other! "

"It can be a nice place to live but that is heavily dependant on the area. I live close to the home depot. I've used transit to go to Sac City and Sac State with little to no issues. Besides the frequently late buses. Occasional gun shots can be heard but I've felt generally safe in my house which I currently rent and my mom has lived in for almost seven years. Great neighbors!"

"They would love it there’s a lot of animals in the neighborhood and to my knowledge people are happy to know that everyone’s dogs may keep everyone feeling safe due to their barking when I hear other dogs barking I’m not bothered by it I have animals of my own and they are my world"

"It’s peaceful for the most part, Usually the drama comes from neighbors visitors. Other than that you may hear some tires burning rubber from the younger kids with nothing else better to do but I lived in meadowview all my life. Like any where else don’t leave valuables in site because not everyone is a good person."

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children LOVE this school – from the teachers to the students to the challenging curriculum. Rosa Park's integrates compassion into their teaching standards, emphasizes the importance of values, and builds leaders through each of their classes and lessons.Though it is a small school, it allows for a lower student to teacher ratio, giving children more confidence when asking questions, engage in group activities, and opportunities for one-on-one time with the teachers.Teachers are passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within your child – their good behaviors and achievements; and they know the importance of getting the parents involved should an issue arise, and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was a former student. The school isn't "well known" because of the location is at. To start off, the school's neighborhood need to upgrade their homes, outdoor facility, and prevent gang related to make a safe environment for the parents and students. Pros: The staff members, school and the community are friendly and social. Cons: The school's facility needs improving. Education is full of lack but is getting there. Not enough profit, or money, for field trips and etc. Need more staffing, upgrade the school's building and need money to do so.Recommendation: I do recommend but if you want your child/children to attend a school of a higher fundamental education, not here.Other Review10y ago2 Reviews - Cesar Chavez Intermediate School
