"Poets corner is a walking neighborhood. Families are out walking every night. The east bay regional trail is nearby as is three larger neighborhoods parks. "

"Poet's corner is such a sweet neighborhood filled with young families along with long time residents who have never left. Offering large lots, homes with character, tree lined streets and nearby shopping centers filled with many amenities most all family owned which helps keep the money local. "

"I grew up in WC but now live here in PH. It is a great town with a lot of charm depending on the area you live in. Pride of ownership is on the rise, but this is something the town needs to continue to work on as a whole. Too many boats, RV's, tarps etc clutter many neighborhoods disguising much of it's charm. More poeple need to take this type of thing seriously if they really want to maintain property values and bring in good families that will sustain the schools high ratings and overall comunity involvment. The charm of the city, location, schools, the downtown, and lot sizes attracts young quality families. The problem is that many tend to leave over time as nearby cities such as Danville, WC, Lafayette better rewards those willing to work to improve thier investments making the residents stay for the long term. Keep pushing for positive change PH, and this will be an incredible place to raise my family over the long term. "
