"Ellinwood is awful place and looking forward to move away from here. Neighbors are constantly complaining, "
  • Amber M.
"That there are many other dogs and it’s a dog friendly community. There are open grassy spaces with doggy disposal bags and trash cans. "
  • Saad K.
"It’s pretty safe from homeless and bad people. But the owners leave dogs off leash and they are mostly almost all aggressive "
  • Saad K.
"Neighbors act friendly but cause problems around you. Especially when you’re new. The dogs are mostly friendly however, be careful if you have a dog. Their dogs are mostly walked off leash and they will run at your dog(s) and some are aggressive. If you move in to the apartments, there is a lot of drama and the management isn’t very timely with requests and there is a big lack of communication. It’s mostly safe with the occasional night walking suspicious people. A lot of cars get stolen and broken in to. The parking is ok. Very crowded when there is construction. New people moving in are very kind so far. "
  • Georgina E.
"I participate in my son’s high school band activities, including selling raffle tickets at Safeway and chaperoning at school events. This is a great, safe place to be and raise children. "
  • Georgina E.
"Pleasant hill has a variety of community events, as listed in their events calendar and one can even sign up for classes of various kind with a resident discount. College park HS has many football games to go to, and the community center has many events as well. One just has to look and get connected, as around and read the flyers. Sign up for emails. Get involved in the community! Volunteer. Join in on the fun! "
