"You must have a car. No public transportation near by. Car pooling would help but unlikely. Traffic can be tough to get thru the traffic lights at peak times. "

People that drives in my street are either homeowners, visitors of homeowners, housekeeper, gardener or construction worker ( there is always renovation going on) People that lives in this neighborhood mostly in the business of films, music and executives of big corporations.. "If you want to be close to LA's Westside (Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, etc.), the Valley and Hollywood, yet feel like you live in the suburbs, this community is for you. The community is in the beautifully green Bel Air area with lots of amenities, catering to children and adults alike."
