    "What a great area what a terrific neighborhood. The flats is wonderful. We’re walking the dogs and it’s a very safe area where the hill is not so safe for walking dogs or kids around. I really like how the flat is a grid but more over I’ll tell you that 618 has one of the greatest swimming pools I’ve ever seen in my life."
