"Beautifully maintained gardens and lots of dog walkers. Depending on where you live there often aren’t sidewalks so you have to be careful especially with kids on the winding roads"

"my boyfriend lives in the neighborhood with friends, and it's an amazing and unique place, we love this place, and the neighbors help make it special. It's a great place to have a pet, it's good if you have a car, you can explore the place better. It has a really amazing view in my opinion, and the place is also very quiet, I intend to live in this neighborhood I plan to live in this neighborhood when I'm a little older haha consider living in this neighborhood, you will have no regrets"

"I love this area ! The people never want to leave. We are surrounded by nature: trees, flowers, birds, butterflies. The public elementary school is one of the top, if not the top, in the city. The neighbors are multi-generational."

"Gorgeous Bel air zen retreat situated in over 11,000 Sqf of Lush Green Nature with incredible views of the Canyons, Mountains, Hills, Bel air Lake, Reservoir with Italian Marble floors, Tile kitchen, 2 car garage, ( plenty of unrestricted parking for your guests), Central air/heat, washer/Dryer/Dish washer, 2 Fire places and a Large balcony with the Largest back yard that opens up to the most incredible 360 degrees views of the Canyons, Bel Air lake, Mountains, reservoirs, hills and the flickering LA lights at night. This is a very VIP affluent neighborhood with lots of star sightings since they live so close by. The Roscomare street entrance is through North bel air gate, the security of the street is controlled by cameras from the Roscomare association and the end entrance sometimes used is Bellagio. This area is VERY close to the Glenn center, a Gem of a place with affluent/VIP cafes and dinning places, hair/nail shop, pharmacy, bank, and offices of the rich and famous. Driving in mulholland toward Roscomare from each end feels like the famous south of France or Monte Carlo roads with gorgeous views! Be careful and don't get too distract, Enjoy this is beautiful home in a gorgeous area!"

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur family feels very fortunate to be at this school. After all, excellent public schools in LAUSD are tough to come by. The teachers are excellent, the office staff are friendly, and the principal seems to truly care about every student and their academic growth.Parent Review2mo ago33 Reviews - Community Magnet Charter Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m speaking up because parents deserve to know the truth. This school isn’t what it’s made out to be. The environment lacks genuine leadership. Students show little respect for the principal, and it is reflected in the overall culture. Of all the “amazing teachers” the school promotes, only a small handful truly go above and beyond for their students. Many others seem distracted and disengaged, more focused on personal matters than on teaching, or just not invested. There is also very little diversity within the student body, and the culture often reflects that. Many families are extremely affluent, and some students are encouraged to flaunt that privilege, creating an environment that can feel unwelcoming or exclusionary.Academically, test scores are valued above all else. The school devotes weeks to test preparation, taking valuable time away from genuine instruction. As a result, the scores are not a true reflection of year-round learning but rather of how well students are trained to take a test.Even more troubling is the tolerance for racism and bullying, both of which are handled with little to no accountability. These are serious issues that directly impact students’ sense of safety and belonging. In these uncertain times, my child was afraid to go to school because of racism and her minority status. Families considering this school deserve transparency and honesty about the culture before enrolling their children.Parent Review7mo ago34 Reviews - Wise School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAfter completing almost all my schooling years, my brother and I had the most wonderful experience within these halls. From learning violin to football. There is no better (or prettier) elementary campus in the world. I feel so lucky that I was set on a path of such success when I was younger, learning the skills to help me to be confident and mature. Almost all of myself I owe to this school and the sense of community and leadership I felt since a young age.Other Review1y ago1 Reviews - The John Thomas Dye School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average10 out of 10. JTD is the best elementary school in Los Angeles! The campus has a 270 degree view of Los Angeles and the school has an excellent curriculum and student body. I highly recommend this school as my oldest child goes there.Parent Review5y ago11 Reviews
