"There is a lot of glass beer bottles on the floors often so that’s not safe a lot of homeless are nearby and there are nasty people who leave their food on the sidewalk it’s infuriating as a dog owner oh and you see dried dog poop everywhere it shows a lot of other owners are not responsible "

"There are amazing food stands and trucks everywhere. every demographic is well represented, unpretentious comfortable and casual"

"Quiet neighborhood. Changing for the better. Very convenient to get anywhere in the city from this central location. "

"This neighborhood is noisy. Lots of fireworks and parties. It’s relatively safe to walk at night, but I’d much rather live in a quieter neighborhood. "

"since I've moved here we have no community events. we don't have a neighborhood watch. but it is a calm nice area to raise a family "

"I hate it actually. It’s loud and chaotic at all Hours of the day and night. People don’t pick up after themselves or their animals. It is dirty and depressing. "

"None. trash at every corner, no crosswalks between main streets, lot a of now slow paced construction. old abandoned homes. dirty so so dirty! "

"the area its good but the only big problem is that naibors always reserve the parking for 2 cars they block the spots so they could park onother car so when you trying to park ur car you take like 20 to 30 min to found a parking and plis dont know why and who scratch the car they so bad people's when they do that :( ."

" It's a perfect blend of age ranges for the kids and for adults. Great that you can walk for most of the household groceries at nearby stores. "
