"The dog owners here, including myself love that there’s a lot of shade! This is great for our doggies so they don’t burn their paws on the sidewalks!"

"This lovely neighborhood situated in the newly renamed "University Park" is been rapidly changing having victorian homes all over completely gutted and done from the ground up, a hip and young crowd has steadily become the primary resident. Great place to call home and make new friends!"

"A great area full of archiecturally and historically significant homes inhabited by ethnically and economically diverse people. Very friendly and extremely convenient to freeways, schools, churches, the University of Southern California, the Staples center, Downtown Los Angeles, theaters, etc. etc. Have lived here for over 30 years. Have MBA degree and am an artist. One of the best kept secret neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Highly recommend. Lots of great, secret gardens in backyards that include 100 year old trees and plantings. Lots of L.A. City Cultural Monuments and National Register landmarks within the St. James Park National Register of Historic Places District. Highly recommend to creative individuals."

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love this school. The relationship I have with the teachers is great. we talk every day to see how things are going, and to know what he needs improvement in as well. Everyone in this school comes together very well. The bond my son has with his teachers and the care they give is amazing.Parent Review5y ago - Star Christian
