"Nothing much, itās just the same old, same old. Their are quite a few things thatās make this neighborhood bad though. Like the crime but not good. Accept the elementary school near here, itās an amazing school."

"Not really kid friendly. Although there are some homeless they usually keep to themselves and are never a problem. "

"it's a okay neighborhood. I want to stay away from Blackstone too much crime. most of the neighbors are noisy , honking their horn, loud music, loud cars. the neighborhood is very diverse. and the rent is cheap. "

Then tried telling me how I needed to teach my son to not complain so much. Zero tolerance my left foot !!!Parent Review15y ago1 Reviews - Lowell Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at Kepler was the opposite of ideal. My students loved their teachers, but came home with many stories of admin (the principal, HR director, and counselor) yelling at them for various things. They would come home saying that admin yells at them on a microphone in the cafeteria, that the principal yells at them to smile, and that they are not allowed to speak during their lunch time. My children should feel safe at school, but right now they are fearful to return next school year. Parents are met with kindness and respect when they meet with admin one on one to express these concerns. However, no solutions ever come. When parents and teachers raise concerns at board meetings, admin roll their eyes and make faces at one another. I do not feel safe having my children attend a school where they are yelled at to smile and not to speak when eating their lunch. Until real change happens at Kepler, and new qualified admin come in as replacements, I will not be returning with my students.Parent Review1mo ago24 Reviews - Fresno County Special Education Local Plan School
