In the past year we’ve had our license in plates stolen, drunken fights, police visits to our neighbors, items stolen from our porch, and dirty looks and bad attitude. Keep in mind we don’t hang out with our neighbors and we are always kind and respectful to them. "

    "This is a “dog-friendly” neighborhood... in fact I have purposefully built a patio in the front yard to welcome neighbors, interact with them and if they walk their dogs I have “doggie treats” and water for them. Several regular dog walkers make an intentional stop for a quick chat and little treat for their dogs... so if you are a dog walker, look for the house with the “front yard patio” and enjoy a chat and treat for your dog!"
