I am happy that my daughter attend this school. The teachers always welcome the kids into their classroom with their happy face and love. That was what the kids want to get.

As a recent Baird graduate, it’s safe to say that my 4 years at Baird were the best in my whole life. I felt welcomed every day, not by a school, but by a family. Every grade prepared you for the next. Theres so many opportunities to express yourself at baird, whether you’re academic, athletic, or both. The teachers truly care about the students and you build meaningful relationships with the staff and students. Leaving it all behind was truly hard. But Baird truly does prepare you for high school. The homework isn’t crazy, you can expect 30 minutes - 1 hour daily and maybe on crammed days around 2 hours. But thats rare, some nights theres no homework at all, lots of the work is given a chance to be finished in class. Most classes take an interactive approach at learning with the teachers making sure students understand the concepts. Shoutout to all the teachers. 8th grade teachers are amazing, they prepare you for high school, are extremely friendly, and you can count on them for anything. Shoutout to Ms. Smitch, she covered MANY times for teachers who weren’t there. She was truly a real teacher. Also the teachers in this school have your back throughout your entire life, seriously, Mr. Wilkins told us to call him if we need help changing our tire. But in total, this school was great. Would recommend it over any other school.

This school and most of the staff is a complete joke. Especially for the special needs kiddos. I will be glad when they are exposed for the lack of care that they actually have for the students. My child is not the only one! They denied his I.E.P..this is so sad.

I have been with this school for the past 17-16 years. All 5 of my kids have gone here. I was the classroom mom a few years. My husband was too. We chaperoned field trips with our kids. I served on the PTA for a few years. The last of my kids just promoted yesterday, so it was bittersweet saying good bye. I appreciated the support our family was provided over the years. I was in the know about my kids, their grades, this behavior and any issues all school year. Front office ladies are great. They are quick and also on top of everything. Mr. Kelp has been there for 2 years and I really enjoyed seeing him and Ms. Montano partake in a lot of activities with the kids, teachers, admin and parents. One teacher who stands out is Ms. Rosenberg. AMAZING. She loves her job and her students and it shows. A lot of these teacher still love their job. Which is beautiful to see. I like and appreciate the on site Bulldog house they have. Which is where kids can go to talk to an adult if they have an issue, a dispute. There is an on site psychologist too. I think giving the children at a young age a safe space is such a great thing. Because we don't know what the kids deal with at home. PTA hosts some great events. Dances, movie nights just to name a few. Kratt was my village in helping raise my kids and I am forever thankful

This school is wonderful. The kids are supportive of one another and are taught about the importance of kindness and being part of a community. The teachers go above and beyond to provide the students with fun and engaging learning opportunities like elective wheel classes of their choosing, an annual play, leadership, and so much more. The cheerleaders cheer on the kindergartners for fun Fridays each week. The sports coaching is great. The admin is responsive and they have a no bullying policy. They have the best office staff and librarian! The whole team is top notch! As a parent I have to make sure my kids do their homework, volunteer at events, and keep my kids on track, because home is the most important aspect in a child’s development. I feel lucky to work alongside Malloch and appreciate the education they provide.

Since we have a new staffing this year kids get to learn new things in the curriculum.
